It's hard being a manufacturer in the USA. So many companies out there promote their products by saying made in the USA when really they are not, repackaged in the USA does not sound near as good. Many companies just repackage goods from places like China and say its from the USA. In my opinion made in the USA should mean you used American labor in an American warehouse with American products when available, in other words you need to sweat in the USA to have your product be legitimatetly made in the USA. Manufacturing is an overlooked cornerstone for a strong economy. USA was built and made strong by its manufacturing roots. In the US and the EU manufacturing has been moving over seas to third world countries that don't follow the same labor rules and minimum wage status that the US and many other European countries follow. This makes a cheaper product, but at what cost? The result is a depletion in economic growth for the US, and an increase in unfair labor practices. Devasco strives to purchase everything that we can from the US and EU in order to increase the economy and promote US based manufacturing often the product is a much poorer quality with little customer service to help you if you have an issue. Devasco supports fair and safe labor practices, fair wage distribution, and quality products. This is not always the easiest or the cheapest, but is something we strive for every day and we are proud to be a 100% manufactured product in the USA!
